My company booked the reservation online with an online booking company. Check in problems developed and Haneef Sabree, Front Office Supervisor, came to my rescue. His professionalism and the expertise of the staff during my week long stay were beyond expectaions. I recommend The Roosevelt to all my friends visiting NYC and I look forward to my next NYC trip and my stay at this grand hotel. It is a paradise in the "Big Apple". Terry Hanson

My daughter and I stayed at your hotel August 6 through August 9, 2007 and were very impressed with our accomodations. The room was clean, the beds were comfy and the service was fantastic. Our room maids, Brenda and Florine were so nice to us and were a joy to meet. Thank you for such a nice place to come back to after our fun filled days of roaming around the city. I appreciated the Starbucks coffee being available in the morning as well.

My sister and I stayed at your hotel 6/30/07 - 7/4/07 for our first visit to New York. Our stay was delightful, our room beautiful and the staff most courteous and most helpful. We loved the location and we will certainly plan to stay there again when we return to New York. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful vacation in your fascinating city.

A BIG thank you to the staff - Alfredo was very sweet and helpful as were all the guys who helped us with parking, cabs, suitcases and directions. You all made my 83 year old Mother's first trip to NYC a truly memorable experience! A great hotel, a great time and a great memory. Thank you!

I can truly say that I have never been treated so good in my life by any other hotel like I was by the staff at The Roosevelt Hotel thanks so much and you can best believe that I will be back with even more of my family to join me.

We were so plesed with our experience at The Roosevelt. We found the service to be exceptional. We especially appreciate Alfredo's service at the front desk. He cheerfully accomodated our room request adn we were also able to arrange a late check out. The location was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Having just returned May 2007.What an excellent hotel and wonderful staff which nothing was to much trouble for them.The rooms were spotless and comfortable.Everything about the hotel was enjoyable and the location was great and they made our first visit to New York feel very special indeed.

Wonderful! The hotels beds were one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in and the breakfasts were scrumptious. I'll definitely return!

What a lovely hotel! I had stayed there several years ago, but had forgotten just how special the Roosevelt is.
Special commendations to Alfredo at the front desk; he - and all the staff - were so kind and pleasant.
