 Here's How:- If you find a rate lower than shown on The Roosevelt Hotel website, that is viewable and bookable for the same type of accommodations, and for the same dates, advise The Roosevelt Hotel within 24 hours of booking your room.
Upon verification (i.e. the same number nights, and the same room type), The Roosevelt Hotel will honor the lower rate, plus give you an additional 10% discount off that lower rate.
- Accommodations on the other website must be publicly available and bookable on the Internet at the time of verification.

How to Make a Claim
The Best Rate Guarantee is simple and hassle-free.
Step 1: You want to book a one-night stay at The Roosevelt Hotel. You find and book a $199/night rate on www.theroosevelthotel.com.
Step 2: Prior to or 24 hours after making your reservation, you find a rate of $149 per night on a different web site for The Roosevelt Hotel, on the same date for one night and the same room type.
Step 3: You have reviewed our terms & conditions and determine that your scenario will meet our Best Rate Guarantee. You call 1-888-TEDDY-NY (1-888-833-3969) and make a claim.
Step 4: While on the phone with you, a hotel representative will verify the lower price by going to the website where you found the lower rate. The representative will confirm that the rate meets the terms and conditions of the Best Rate Guarantee and that it is for the same length of stay.
Step 5: Upon verification, the representative will modify your existing reservation to reflect the lower rate and take an additional 10% off the length of stay.
Terms & Conditions
- The competing rate must also be for the same number of guests.
- Guest reservations made through any other third party website must be made for the same type of accommodations as found on www.theroosevelthotel.com.
- The Guarantee is available only for the same type of room as booked on The Roosevelt Hotel website.
- Example: If guest books a Deluxe room on The Roosevelt Hotel website, but a lower rate is listed for a standard single room on a third party website - the Guarantee does not apply.
- Guest must have a confirmed reservation and a confirmation number from The Roosevelt Hotel website.
- Guarantee does not include websites or rates where the specific hotel is not known until the booking is made.
- Guarantee does not include other websites’ published rates that “package” travel, entertainment, hotel, and/or food components, such as: airfare + hotel stay, hotel stay + car rental or similar packages.
- Package rates do not include room rates that include breakfast or room rates including free local calls.
- Example: If a guest books a rate including breakfast on The Roosevelt Hotel website and finds a lower rate including breakfast for the same type of accommodations on a third party website, the guarantee applies.
- Guarantee includes only publicly available rates. It does not apply to rates that have been negotiated by the hotel with:
- Corporations
- Groups
- Associations
- Membership rates (e.g., AAA, AARP, Entertainment Card, Industry Rates)
- Government rates
- Pre-paid rates that involve a voucher (including electronic vouchers) for a hotel stay
- Rates negotiated for stays extending beyond 30 nights
- Promotional rates (e.g., E-deals)
- Travel agency rates
- Guarantee does not apply to groups of 10 or more rooms per night.
For purposes of this Guarantee, "rate" does not include any taxes (unless otherwise noted), tariffs or fees imposed by any governmental authority (e.g., federal, state or local) on either The Roosevelt Hotel or the guest for the duration of the guest's occupancy. Rates being compared to determine if Guarantee applies must both either be with taxes included, or without taxes included.
