Hotel Meeting Floor Plans

One of New York City's few remaining traditional ballrooms, our Grand Ballroom is the perfect spot for receptions of up to 800 and banquets for up to 550. With magnificent chandeliers, gold-gilded 27ft. ceiling, iron-laced balconies and arched windows - you'll think you've stepped back in time. In addition to our Grand Ballroom, meeting planners are offered four distinct rooms ideal for classroom and theatre style setting plans on the Mezzanine level.

On the Lobby level of the hotel, NYC meeting planners can choose from our Palm Room or our Terrace Room. The Palm Room is canopied by a sky-mural ceiling and encircled by towering pillars and soaring arched windows, perfect for your private receptions. While the Terrace Room is ideally suited for groups of up to 500 and banquets up to 320, with a towering 23 ft. ceiling, gilded molding and original chandeliers.

The Roosevelt Hotel's 19 New York City meeting rooms on the second floor range from 300 to 2,800 sq, ft. These breakout rooms are perfect for executive meetings of 10 people to corporate gatherings of 200 people.
