Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a guestroom.
Reservations must be cancelled by 4pm (EST) on the day prior to arrival in order to avoid a charge of 1 night’s room and tax to the credit card guaranteeing the reservation. The cancellation policy may vary depending on type of reservation. Please refer to the reservation confirmation to verify the cancellation policy.
Check in time is 3:00 pm. Should you need earlier accommodation we are happy to assist, however an early check-in charge may be applicable.
Check out time is at 12:00 pm. Requests for a late check out can be directed to the front office on the morning of your departure and may be subject to availability and an additional charge.
If modification is not given to the hotel within 24 hours of departure , an early departure fee of $75 applies to guests checking out prior to the reserved departing date.
Hotel room rates vary by date and by the number of adults occupying a single room. To accommodate additional guests, please change your reservation to reflect the total guests in a room. Additional fees will apply.
Rollaway beds are available for an addition fee of $35 and limited to specific room types. Please contact the hotel directly for further information.
Debit and credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your confirmed reservations with an additional $100 held for incidental charges until your check out date. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released and the hotel is not responsible for any fees or charges associated with funds.
Pets are not allowed at the hotel.
Smoking is prohibited in all guestrooms, public areas or food and beverage outlets or designated non-smoking rooms. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking rooms and outside the building. A $250 fee will be applicable to guests who violate this policy in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.
Alcoholic beverages service is restricted to those 21 years or older with a valid photo ID.
Wireless high speed internet access is available from your own laptop or device. This service is available from the guest room or any public areas within the hotel lobby, bars and restaurants. Your device must be equipped with a wireless card and there is a daily charge of $14.95 for use of the service.
