International Sales Manager:
This position will report to the Director of International Sales and will be responsible for the solicitation and management of the International tour & travel group business segment.  The ideal candidate will have minimum of 3 - 5 years experience within this segment, NYC experience a plus.  The ability to travel globally will be required of the individual.

The candidate will have a 4 year degree preferably with a major in hotel management or business.  Excellent communication skills required; being fluent in multiple languages, e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, German, etc. is a plus.

Front Desk Manager
This position reports to the Director of Front Office; Primary area of responsibility is the front office which includes front desk, guest response & PBX Operators. Secondary areas are lobby which include the Concierge, Valet & Door & Bell stands. Previous experience with hiring, training, scheduling, payroll administration preferred. The individual must be hospitality oriented, with a proven ability to resolve customer issues, complaints, and problems in a quick efficient manner and continuously improve the hotel's ability to anticipate our guests' needs. Candidate should have at least two years of supervisory experience in a related hotel position. A two-year degree or higher preferred but not required. This position requires previous experience in Opera PMS, strong leadership, organizational skills and requires the individual to work a flexible schedule based on business demands. Excellent oral and written English communication skills is a must; second language is desirable. Union experience required.
The front desk manager will spend 60% of his/her time roaming and supervising areas of responsibility while actively interacting with Hotel guests. The individual will meet weekly with the Sales team to ensure proper service of guest needs. Will ensure that all established operational procedures are adhered to and hotel standards are met. This individual will take part in developing and implementing action plans aimed at increasing GSS scores for and will greet & handle VIP clientele as needed. The individual will ensure proper staffing during peak times and productivity while managing payroll and controlling labor expenses to meet financial goals.
